Eric "Two Scoops" Moore -
Music Cafe
Music Cafe was just released and is now
available!!!
Eric
"Two Scoops" Moore is an artist; a Blues artist that transcends the
stereotypical categorization of Blues. The thing that sets him apart
is his unique view of the world we live in. As all great Blues artists
are, Eric is a storyteller whose slant on life gives his music a wonderful
twist full of humor, optimism and love. You'll hear plenty of Blues,
boogie-woogie, swing, jump and even some good ole rock and roll.
Two Scoops seems to have the uncanny knack of taking an ordinary life
situation and turning it into an interesting theme, even something
as basic as eating. Eric injects each story with an obvious love of
life and a wry sense of humor. His voice and piano playing are at
once honest, introspective and warm, showing the listener a true glimpse
of the world of "Two Scoops" Moore!!
He'll make you laugh, cry or hell, he'll even make you hungry!!! So
sit back and get ready to be thoroughly entertained by the one and
only Eric "Two Scoops" Moore!!

Hungry
CD REVIEW:
"Hungry" is a wonderful offering from
a fella who could be seattles #1 Kitchen table philosopher and exponent
of the real rockin' blues. This album has a great Fats Domino and Professor
Longhair New Orleans type feel. Along with his ability
to write and sing songs for the average guy and gal about every day
life, Scoops delivers the goods in his performance as well.Highlights
on this album are "No Good For Nuthin," "Auto Service Hell," "Booze
in the House,"and "Hungry." Very cool piano from Scoops, lots of great
saxes("Sax" Gordon Beadle & Jim King), Dave Conant on guitar (who
is always great). Kearney Barton on the big board and sliders (love
the warmth of your recordings-see photo inside detailed and artistic
package). Much like food for the hungry, the more you listen to this
album the better you feel. -Mark Whitman..Blues-To-Do's Monthly

Clean Plate
Clean Plate Records/1998
The follow up to the critically
acclaimed "Big Buffet" is a good time party record, featuring an all
star cast. Feast your ears on Two Scoops' rollicking barrelhouse piano,
the wailing tenor of "Sax" Gordon Beadle, the sensitive guitar of Leonard
Boni, the hauntingly beautiful harmonica of Jimmy Gordon, the thumping
bass of Jesse Williams, and the pounding drums of Tom Hambridge. One
song showcases the guitar of Dr. Arthur "Rockin' Doc Rocker" Lauretano,
the surgeon who literally saved Two Scoops' neck!
Big Buffet
Clean Plate Records/1997
Big Buffet is a number one favorite! This CD has sold more copies than
any CD on NW Blues as of to date. Don't forget to put this in your cart
you won't be sorry...

Long
Handled Shovel (4:03) Relationships...who can figure 'em out?

Idaho's Pat Coast & Out of the Blue is the new
reincarnation of Cafe Blue, an old favorite in the Northwest blues scene.
Play Somethin' We Can Dance To (self-release) is a strong collection
of mid-tempo blues-rock and funk.
Best Cuts: "Let’s Be Friends," with an innovative
guitar intro into a clean, cool funk groove, and "Stand Up," with a
cosmic harmony vocal intro into driving blues-rock. Progressive, well-produced
songs from a tight band. --Ed Ivey, Blues Revue, Jan-Feb 2001
